Quick summary, out the blue I started getting charges in January from yourtech101.com - they charged my card again just last week and now getting multiple charges from outsidebills.com.
Both companies are charging $12.95 per transaction. Last time this CC was used to join any paysite was in August 2008. No charges from August till the ones above in January. That about sums it up. I have been accused of making all of this up and that I have a hidden agenda against the companies. Neither is true. I just hate the way the industry is going and it needs to get cleaned up. |

if you want to see something funny, you should google some of the lines of text on the site, and see how many sites use the same text... like http://www.livemembersupport.com (wow - http://www.nichepay.com - what a surprice) and many more
If you then track emails and phonecalls, you will start to see a pattern |

also if u dont mind me asking why would u signup to a paysite in the first place? was this a test? or? |
Hi Dave,
It's very simple to cancel a membership with us, it links right to net billing's cancel page. Further more we do nothing fraudulent, test any of our sites you will never have any issue. We purchase x sells from various program's out there, and have discontinued a lot of our deal's since late last year. I'm assuming your charges are re bills. If you have any problem's canceling, please email me and I'll personally make sure you are canceled and refunded. I'm not going to address the wild conspiracy theories that seem to never end on this board. All I will say is we have nothing to do with ArchiveCash, IncredibleDollars or any adult company for that matter. Feel free to email me at: [email protected] |

I see you still try to make excuses for these type of companies tho Robbie. |

no, you just bang their cards, we understand that by now |

But I am confused as to why he hasn't gotten a new card. I lost my American Express Platinum card at AVN. I called them. They immediately cancelled that card number, and then overnighted me a new card with a new number. I also don't understand why he doesn't just hit the chargeback on them. That's the best way to fuck someone that tried to take your money on your card without your authorization. Go get 'em PR Dave! Charge back on those motherfuckers and get you a new card bro. Problem solved. |

This is complete bullshit. I hope you get reimbursed like you were promised. Do you think anyone affected by something like this will ever signup on a paysite again?

Dave, come on man! You need to quit getting so drunk that you don't remember pulling out your card in the middle of the night.

Also, there was a charge for 39.95 to eelimite.com around 4 months after said sign up - on the day before said domain was even registered (a domain harvester registered the domain after a lot of people were googling for that term because they had been scammed too). And the only other places where I had used that card had been domain registrars, and content stores that have been years in the business. |

so, yes, he purposely signed up to create board drama against the companies that are trying to scam him |

What I am saying is that there was a big number of crosssales on that sign up, including cancel form xsales and xsales at entry to the member's area, and that at least one of them must have been responsible for the bogus charge and the open settlement thing down the line. I cancelled that card so I am unable to verify whether there were more charges. My whole point was just that if you accepted a xsale at that sign up you made in August, you could be still getting banged by xsales of xsales of that program. |

LOL @ the people who think Dave is joining porn sites to get his rocks off, he owns a hundred or so sites with great content he can rub one out to if he wants to. he no doubt like other webmasters has done an experiment with a card of his own to see just how nasty and criminal some programs have become.
this shit isn't just shady - it's fucking criminal - somebody's going to jail eventually. ol' Diamond Jim is doing how many months/years in a federal prison? he played the game and lost - one or two of these current clowns will do serious jail time down the road as well but most will walk away free and easy with millions in the bank. |

No offense intended but how does a Canadian benefit from the FBI? |

I really fucking wonder why Robbie is attracted to these threads like flies to shit so he can defend the scammers and scum. He almost does it blindly. Like it doesn't even matter who the scammers are and what they did, he will be in that thread asap to defend them. It's really REALLY weird behaviour and i really wonder why he does that. I can only think of one explanation and that is that he might be involved in this shit himself. What possible other reason could there be for his behaviour?
