Those are pretty strong statements. Are they based on fact or rumor? Can you show proof to back up your statements about Jettis?

Jettis had 1 large client who had a much higher than normal credit rate. This was 100% due to the fact that they were using custom customer service forms that did not work well with the Jettis system. We assured them the problem would go away if they used our interface.

We give "no questions asked" credits, but only if the customer requests one. They are not offered credits unless they ask for one, period.

Do you think other processors do it differently? I highly doubt it. If you don't give a customer a credit once they request one, the next call they make will be to the 800 number on thier bank statement to charge back.

Any processor who makes it tough to get credits is asking for major problems, especially in todays climate.

Our credit rates are very normal across the board. In fact, in the case of Oxcash, I would venture to guess that their credits and chargebacks are lower than industry standards due to their high quality, unique content.

Just thought I needed to put a stop to this crazy rumor that we have higher than normal credit rates. Simply isn't true.....

No way. I have never had so many chargebacks and refunds in a program. Esp back when they were running the sites on 386's.

i've noticed a large increase in refunds and chargebacks over the past few weeks.

Well, they have been processing with Jettis for a lot longer than a few weeks and we havn't changed anything on our end so I'm not sure why you're seeing a spike right now......

I can't speak for OxCash, but we've had the same credit policy's in place for over two years now....

No comment here about shaving, but I will say that NOT paying webmasters on join form popups makes it easier for companies to pay $30-40 on a trial join. If you send quality traffic to your sponsors keep your eyes open for leeks on the tour.

I emailed OxCash many many times prior to us deciding to launch http://www.slutbus.com ..
I got no response to the many emails I sent them!!!
I know the one email I did get back from them came 3 months and 19 days after I had sent the first email...
I had told them I was with clickfeel media and we ran conversioncash and quickbuck.com and we wanted to work something out with them...............

The response I finally got was something like this... Wiseman, we have received the last 13 FUCKING emails you have sent to us re: signing up for our program!!!
I am sorry for not responding but we don?t have time for every Tom Dick and hairy webmaster right now!!!
We have a waiting list of over 700 webmasters who want to join our program!! So once you?re name comes around I will tell you! Thanks!
