I'm so pissed and i really dont know why, i mean i have a good life, wife, 2 kids and beautiful house. I'm a good father. I'm 100% self employed, no fucking bosses to piss me off, i do go on vacation once in a while, fuck, and have fun.
Business is going okay, all of my programs are running just fine, i'm not hated in this industry.

Sometimes i really have the urge to throw out all of my computers and just quit, go outside and fuck somebody up, just for fun. Trash things, scream etc.

Anyone have the same issues around here, i'm sure i'm not the only one ?

start boxing, martial-art or bikeriding... you NEED to blow off some steam... You dont blow up, when you sit behind you computer all day, and when the kids get home, you cant yell at them either... so find a hoBBy(corrected by HTB) or sport

This is a pent-up base behavior of men that no matter how hard society tries, it can't repress. I'd hazard to say that the more they try to repress it and turn men and women into asexual "equals", the more this type of thing (unidentifiable rage) occurs.

Join a kickboxing class. A boxing class. Something PHYSICAL. Something that will get your blood pumping, allow you to beat on something, and generally let you return to that basic primal MALE that the subconscious part of you needs to be.

Talking won't help, drugs will only repress it further and make it explosive when it finally comes out. You need something PHYSICAL that will communicate to your brain that you are, indeed, performing the tasks that you are "supposed" to be doing.

Your instinct doesn't know that suits, ties, and computers have replaced clubs, physical effort, and lots of adrenaline-pumping action. Feed your instinct and the rest of you will feel more "whole".
