Now mind you, both sites have now magically opted for privacy protection since this shitstorm has started, but you can view the previous whois records there with a paid account.

But it is one hell of a coincidence that both sites were owned by essentially the same company. That SBV Media is listed all over the support pages for Archive Cash sites. I mean for two companies who have absolutely nothing to do with one another, they sure have a lot of things in common right down to the name of their companies.

And perhaps this is another coincidence too, but why does SoloConverts list Incredible Dollars as their customer service center?

Let me add that I, along with the dozen or so other people, have tested the sites and been hit with multiple charges. I signed up with IncrediblePass.com and was hit by the circle jerk of charges for a couple weeks until I cancelled the card. All I know is that the charges I got hit with all seem to be from companies that have extremely close relations. We're talking same company names, same people owning them, same people working for them, and same support pages.

The domain "SoloConverts" was registered by Anthony DeMaria, a former employee of SBV who once handled our domain registrations. The reasons for our name being there rather than his own are known only to himself.


That's a non-functional copy of the NetBilling cancel system originally written by Tanguy de Courson. Try it, it doesn't do anything. Jim gave a copy of it to our programmer at some point in 2007; he didn't bother changing the skin because we didn't use it.

I did a bit of background searching on the domain issue, and it's tenuous at best. Other than sharing a common domain for the initial registration, I fail to see any link.

You do have to admit that it's extremely odd for a former employee to register his new business venture under your company's name and using your company's e-mail address (which I'm assuming he wouldn't have access to). And since you mentioned he handled domain registrations, are you saying he still had access to the account and was registering personal domains under it? I can't think of a reason you would mention it otherwise.

The fact is someone was exploiting the trust between programs to double charge members and charge stolen credit cards, while sneaking those in with legit charges so they were impossible to detect.
