Person B is not required or responsible to get person A a new one. What if it was stolen off the table? Who is person A gonna blame for his/her stupidities? As I said, offering to pay half for a replacement should be sufficient and person A should be happy with that.

I was poring myself a shot of Patron and a tiny bit splattered on my one day old BB... it ate holes in the screen where it hit... so now I have 3 spots on the screen about the size of a pin head. Yes... I was drunk. We were in a hotel room too... I didn't get it replaced... I just use the fucker as a reminder... don't drink Patron again... it can eat holes in a fucking cellphone screen... :D
