i am looking for a person who could add a custom made directory to my Vbulletin forum, change the ad script and do a little admin stiff.

Mo, I'll do it for you. I don't have any programming experience but I can figure it out. And, I know PHP... is a good language to use. Anyway, I use PHPBB so it should be the same. Sign me up? ;)
