This may sound twisted but the lack of CP on tube sites sort of dispels the whole user submitted, we do not have staff to monitor crap.

CP as in "idiot teen shows too much on msn chat to some random guy, gets screenrecorded and posted on several 'chans, then shared on tubes" CP.

Basically, illegal jailbait.

I've often wondered that myself and I think I have the answer.

They get away with it because they dont give a fuck. They dont hold 2257's, I dobut half of them could tell you what a 2257 is.

Law enforcement that should be taking care of them are instead fucking with those of us who follow the law, cause its more important that they make sure we keep following the laws as we already understand them then do some real fucking work and bring these fuckers down.

That would be to much like work for them, IMH mother fucking O

Because the majority of this industry is all talk and sabre rattling. Especially when it comes down to...

1. Content theft.
2. Stopping illegal tubes.
3. C.P.
4. Fraud.
5. AFF/sponsors

and so on...

The content theft is protected by a legal loophole. The cp is not.

Your so off base with that comment, I dont think were even playing in the same galaxy.

CP is not a "rare unpromoted niche" as you so lightly put it, and those who enjoy viewing it are not "loyal members".....they are sick fucks, and so are the webmasters who pander to them.

Where I live we take fucks like that out back and beat them with a rubber hose. WTF?

Well, what I'm thinking is that if an adult-friendly organization (eg asacp) focused on it for a while, a few tubes would go down in flames.

Title II: Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act
DMCA Title II, the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act ("OCILLA"), creates a safe harbor for online service providers (OSPs, including ISPs) against copyright liability if they adhere to and qualify for certain prescribed safe harbor guidelines and promptly block access to allegedly infringing material (or remove such material from their systems) if they receive a notification claiming infringement from a copyright holder or the copyright holder's agent. OCILLA also includes a counternotification provision that offers OSPs a safe harbor from liability to their users, if the material upon notice from such users claiming that the material in question is not, in fact, infringing. OCILLA also provides for subpoenas to OSPs to provide their users' identity.

oh sorry, you really did not understand me, but that was not cause of my english, but i had to post more "". i meant that if somewhere is cp posted, people who are looking for something other that they can get at all other tube sites, they will stay and will wait for more. just see the views at zootube365, you think if will be cptube it will be not the same or much higher? thats what i meant. thats why they are publishing cp movies, if they are, i havent seen anything like that, maybe cause im not visiting tubes

The dmca is about copyright infringement and drm, not about otherwise illegal content.

But you just gave a me a rather good idea, so I'll focus on that now, and ignore you.

Quoted because thats the truth. DMCA has NOTHING to do with illegal content.

For the slower amongst us that means: Illegal content in the sence that what is contained on or in the media itself is illegal. For Example, CP.
