the only rule close to that is "3) Anything goes, except do not post people's personal information, or attack peoples personal lives or families, stick to the issues and the bullshit. ANY WHOIS information is considered public information, it is not considered personal information. So don't bitch at us if you put your home address as your personal info on WHOIS."

Depends on the situation. If someone is obviously doing something shifty, call em' for it. Sometimes they themselves supply all the proof anyone would need to reach that conclusion. On the other hand, you cant just come out of left field and jump someones shit without proof or provication.

I outed candyflip the day a client came to me claiming he was sold hundreds of dollars of stolen templates, yet candyflip is still here and he continues to rip people off (as proven by his run ins with numerous others he ripped off on gfy)

i dont think people really care who is a scammer anymore...
