I love DELL support

I must say, I am amazed. I have always had a DELL laptop, but I have never needed to contact support before, never had a problem. I noticed that my screen was getting a bit dark on one of the laptops, it is about 6 months old. A normal user would probably not even notice it. A tech guy showed up yesterday and without any arguments, he switched the screen. I had a big speach prepared on why I should get it replaced that I did not even have to use:-)

Thanks DELL!!!

*hugs and kisses*

Another Dell support fan here :D

I emailed/support ticketed them about one of the keys on my laptop kept falling off (may of been my fault but clearly i didn't tell them that) and without question or proof they sent a new keyboard with instructions out via post and didn't even ask for the old one back.

I actually had a little issue with them. I got this laptop and built it with their wizzard. it offered dual Hard drives and I selected that and paid for it. When i got the machine it had 1 drive. I called them and asked and they guy said no you did not pay for the extra drive. I sat there with him on line and rebuilt the machine with 1 drive and the cost came up less. He built it with the same options but with 2 drives and it came to the price I paid. Then he goes. well it does not come with 2 drives so there us nothing I can do. I told him to refund the money or send me a couple of External drives. They finally sent me a 300$ credit for the Dell store. But it took 5 phone calls.
