Full time low wage country designer needed ($1300 monthly salary)

We are hiring a designer from a low wage country for full time position.

Designer must have adult and mainstream experience, must be possible to show examples.
Designer must code into tables less html
Designer must have some Flash experience (possible to make flash headers and banners)

Monthly salary 1300us$

Most good designers can make that in a few hours to a day. I hope you are looking for a designer that is not good, because that wage is somewhat insulting to anyone that knows what they are doing. This works out to approximately $7.47 per hour for full-time work.

Filipino designers are very talented. Most would chew your arm off for $1300 a month. Just make sure you get the right guy tho, someone you can work with day to day.

As for people saying the spelling etc will be bad, well they are a full time employee so you have them make changes. No big deal at all.

Listen very simple, had while ago a dutch guy (so called top notch blag blah blah)
Paid 2700 euro clean in the hand a month.

Excuses I heard in a 2 month period for not doing his job.

My computer is broken.
Internet connection lost. (at least 8 times)
I have a virus on my pc need to rebuild
Ohh sorry when I did rebuild the pc I deleted the latest the files.

I have many more can type for a hour with teh bullshit excuses I had. I have many guys working for me, all start at a base salary and when they proof there skill's, we can talk about a raise. But starting with a 1300euro salary for example a Philippine guy is more then decent. I think i am probably one of the best paying employers in the bizz then lol

$1300 EU is a little different. That works out to about $10.00/hr. That is not bad for a "Low Wage" employee. You might get better results looking for Part-Time for that amount though. Say 20hrs/wk. You may find some better qualified individuals that you don't need to hand-hold everyday.

Let me say it like this, I have more then 8 years experiance with outsourcing and the rest of the rainbow on possibilities in this niche. I would be bad to pay them even more. I don't ask here for a US / UK designer that want to fuck up for just more money. I ask here for a hard honest working guy that knows that his work will be appreciated and knows that his salary will grow with his input in our company.

Did I already say that they also get a 13month with us?
