I have many more can type for a hour with teh bullshit excuses I had. I have many guys working for me, all start at a base salary and when they proof there skill's, we can talk about a raise. But starting with a 1300euro salary for example a Philippine guy is more then decent. I think i am probably one of the best paying employers in the bizz then lol
