It's prolly been said but I used duct tape Dont use it tight and when you break the tape from the roll make sure you put the flap on the back of her diapier. DONT make it tight make sure you can stick at a min of 4 fingers behind the tape. It took care of my probem when my now 3 year old would do it.

As you know, the same thing won't work for every kid, here's a few ideas

slightly lower the temp in her room and less blankies, if she feels slightly chilly (not cold!) she might want to stay in her pj's

blackmail - all kids love to sleep with mommy at that age "sweety if you keep everything on tonight you can go to sleep in my bed tomorrow night" you can always put her back in her own bed later in the night.

Try to get her to vocalise when she is about to do something, everytime YOU need the loo, tell her, kids love to copy.

Not all kids do well at the potty stage, she might feel more grown up with a trainer seat over the loo, this worked with my kid.

I wouldn't go with the duct tape ideas, if she gets stressed because she's trapped in a dirty or wet nappy this could lead to even more problems.

Good luck and as lousy as this stage is, remember it does pass!!

We had the same problem. Fisrt try was to use that boxing tape and tape the diaper on(not on the actual baby!) so that he couldn't get it off which worked for a while. Then he slipped it off which didn't help. The next thing we tried was to put on the pjs backwards so that they could not be taken off but somehow little houdini got out of them. Then the third thing was to actually sew the pjs zipper so that they couldn't be taken off. After about two weeks they stop trying!
