How about just the "current rate subject to availability and not vaild 30 days from now" whatever type just to give us some idea.

I just happen to have a generous friend (who has also posted in this thread) who owns a nice place in the valley.

I actually hate working in LA so I more or less avoid it.

Holy fuck, those are nice locations, but still- $150-$200 an hour and a grand for a day! I am glad I don't live and shoot in Vegas or the S.F. Valley. Could never make money paying high prices like that as an independent producer or as a small porn company owner.
