I've shot in a Mansion in porn valley for exactly $0.00. That's the only porn valley rate I am familiar with.

No clue if locations go for $100 a day or 2k per hour.

Jesus...If you need to know the rates are $150-$200 per hr with a 3hr minimum...$1k for a flat day rate......But since you shoot for exactly $0 in the valley you are obviously on to something :winkwink:....Some property owners want more some less, but thats an average...See you at Internext and/or AVN

Holy fuck, those are nice locations, but still- $150-$200 an hour and a grand for a day! I am glad I don't live and shoot in Vegas or the S.F. Valley. Could never make money paying high prices like that as an independent producer or as a small porn company owner.

These are some great looking places to shoot. And a lot cheaper for someone like me to shoot in as opposed to renting a 700 dollar suite on the strip. For my shoots I can be in and out in under 2 hours. Excellent.
