He created a script with the intention of selling it. Others including myself offered to help when it couldn't hack the load but he chose to ignore the help. Then he became a bitter and twisted sob when better scripts came around.

Ok, I'll go ahead and say it now so you know the truth.

The server was hacked thru another clients php script and he admitted it.
The hack sent email and read the entire database and slowed the server.

I didn't want to post that, but this bashing is getting old.

The facts :

Note : tubecgi does not even use a database.


If someone thinks a smear campaign is going to improve their position as a php coder
then they probably are not that good of a programmer to begin with.


A jab here and there is fun; but a continued thing is most likely a smear campaign.

When I start a thread about eating pizza and the same poster(s) comes in

It would be just their uninformed opinion if they were on topic; but never being

php programmers is clear what the motive is.

dean capture has way more respect than you in this industry, he's made a name for himself in a good way. I don't see you doing that. Content guys, photographers, webmasters, paysite owners, designers, they all have respect in this industry through hard work... you have yet to do any of that because of the blinding amount of 50/50 chance that if someone mentions your name they will either have a bad story to tell or are on the fence. If that's good to you, then feel free to live with the bare minimum. Refer to my post and you'll see why it's hard for many people to take you seriously. Try to prove me wrong but so far, you haven't and probably will not so I know that you'll be doing the same thing 3 years from now.

Maybe you wouldn't look so bad if you didn't rag on a script you never even
tried to install, much less ever use.

Especially when the only problem turned out to be that I tried it on a shitty server that
got hacked thru a shitty php script owned by someone else and then a genius
server tech thought it just had to be me since I had the most traffic.

I'm not tagging on your script and I know not of a 3month smear campaign. All I know of you and your script is it was one of the first to come out and then you made a thread bitching about pharaervers I think and they stepped in saying your script was causing massive server load for a shared server and u took flack on gfy for being on a shared host.

Their information was wrong and I already proved it and there was no reason
for you to jump on the bandwagon except that you were trying to sell a tube script
yourself. I jumped the gun with that post and should have waited until I had all
the information I have now. Hey, I took the host's word for it.
Then I investigated it. I should have waited on making that post.

You are not jealous, but you come off that way 100%.
I mean, you never tried the script and you are trying to sell yours and that makes
you look like you're desparate or jealous or both. Beefing with someone with a
similar product is always going to look that way.

The guy who sold the most tube scripts(at least by his account) happens to be
the only one that never ever tried to trash my script.

That's not hard to figure out because people are going to be suspicious of one
competitor constantly bashing another even if it's true.

I would like to move on to other things because these threads are becomming pointless.

So good luck on your programming and that's what we both need to be focusing on.

Dude I have no tube script nor have I ever got anywhere close to starting one .... Selling scripts is not my field at all. Far more lucrative to freelance

I do both and my scripts can actually generate custom jobs.

But I stick to selling only scripts that I'm also using myself because that ensures
that I will benefit from the work wether it sells or not.
