Yes they do. They have to deal with adult webmaster, I am telling you this because I work there as a freelance graphic designer. I have dealt with this.

I opened a job and said dont reply if you dont have this kind of experience and I got 20 replies. None mentioned the experience part. I asked about 10 and all said "no".

just put "adult content" at the beginning of your project description, now who ever bid, will be comfortable with adult content, and you can explain him/her everything. I even know some female designers/programmers who do adult stuff.
