We got the money back in full + extra for the wire transfer fees by finally having to tell him that we were taking legal action against him ... and having a lien put out against him (yeah I know bullshit but he's a dumbass).

There is absolutely no reason for a content seller not to give details for the customer to download the content instantly after payment. Doesnt matter what size it is.

Sending stuff by fedex? Get with the program, it's 2008.

AnnikN I think the best thing would be to try and recover the cash by any means necessary, forget about the content.
