Can't, this person wants to send me $1000 for doing some work for him, somehow he managed to get his Paypal account terminated, something to do with all this Visa/Mastercard fees etc.
All he needs is a merchant account so he can accept credit cards, send/receive etc. |

Paypal doesn't have much competition... I read about one company in Canada but you have to have a bank account in Canada to use it... LOL
