I'm looking for a company like Paypal who basically do the same things as them.


I've managed to find Neteller but they don't do CC's

just use paypal.

read their TOS....very liberal...a friend of mine is using it to sell
marijuana seeds. Somewhere it states something like....the
service/product which are offered should be legal within the
juristriction of the person/company who offers it...

Online gaming sites use them a lot aswell

Can't, this person wants to send me $1000 for doing some work for him, somehow he managed to get his Paypal account terminated, something to do with all this Visa/Mastercard fees etc.


All he needs is a merchant account so he can accept credit cards, send/receive etc.

Paypal doesn't have much competition... I read about one company in Canada but you have to have a bank account in Canada to use it... LOL

Just got my PayPal Credit Card of $5000 limit and my Atm card today in the mail!
