One of the content feed sites is claiming they are the only ones licensed to resell it.

lease the feed from Video Secrets.

if you put the content up for free on your site, I know VS Media's laywers will be on your ass.
what legal grounds they have-I'm not sure.

Tommy Lee and Pam sued Seth Warshavsky from IEG (Internet Entertainmnet Group) to try to stop their home movie's distribution. They asked the court for a TRO but it was denied. IEG claimed they had purchased the rights to the film from an undisclosed hollywood producer.

Supposedly T & P then took the strategy of cutting a deal for royalties on it, but IEG allegedly never paid them anything.

Its one of the best selling videos out there.

I'm not sure you has the valid legal claim on it now since there have been so many disputes in the courts on it.

What's Seth up to these days? Last I heard the IRS and a lot of webmasters were on his case. Anyone know?

Good Question,

It was on Playboy, not that it means anything, but I'm sure Playboy payed somebody to run it. I thought Pam & Tommy worked a deal.

Seth is with me in Australia and yes, he still snorts when he's nervous.

Hes 26 now and a multi millionaire.

Actually, he still owns the rights to the Pam and Tommy movie, Pamela actually signed off on the movie to get back at Tommy when they were divorced.

Ask me how I know...

It's not gonna be worse than your CP and beast sites anyways, so I say go for it.
Everything that is not inside a members are you can get your hands on, is called "public domain". Yes?

Man it must be great to be Russian. The whole fucking Internet is one big content store and it's all free

actually if i'm living in any other country other than the U.S or Canada it's very low risk to rip off anything. Very few porn companies are going to chase anybody down in Europe or South America. Just find a host who's lazy and will file any complaint letters about you in the circular file cabinet.
