When did the work "Sucks" started being used?
We have an on-going debate on when the word... SUCKS started being used as in....

I think it really got a surge of popularity in the late 70's when the phrase "Disco Sucks" became extremely popular as people got sick of the music that was pervasive at the time

Mid 70's for me. Jr high, kids started saying "you suck eggs".... which eventually got shortened to "you suck", that sucks, it sucks, we suck at that, they suck shit, and eventually leading to one of my favorite Homer Simpson quotes "They're the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked."
