It's really not all that complicated.

I have set up two different companies with WSB over the last 8 months, and neither have received their money, regardless of sending them an email every day.

Naughtyandlive in particular is owed a fair amount of cash, because we had to switch to them for 24 hours because our merchant was down.

Anyway, whatever. They can keep the money.

We just won't be using them anymore. I also find it interesting that they have dicked me on these two seperate ocassions for different companies.

I could understand if the payment information wasnt correct for one, but 2 out of 2 is far too suspicious. After waiting for months and months, and my accountant is emailing them every day, why shouldnt I start a thread to see if other people, Australians in particular, are having these problems.

Yeah, I realise theres a holdback. We stopped sending traffic about 2 months ago.

I feel i've given them a fairly considerable length of time to pay us our money we made for them. Maybe they dont know how to pay anyone outside of the USA.

Most processors as stated in their contracts, have the option of holding your money for 6 months if you aren't sending them sales anymore.

It sucks, but you have no reason to bitch yet.

Regardless of whether thats the case, they should notify us. Lets not forget that the processer isnt doing me any favours, they arent paying the girls' wages every week.

If we said to our girls "Sorry ladies, our credit card processor has held our payment back a few months, no pay till then", do you think thats a way to run a business? Get the fuck out of here.

I agree that they should notify you first...

That said, you're the one responsible for not knowing the rules of the game. And also responsible for having enough funds on hand to pay your employees if you're going to change processors. I'm not saying I like the clause of holding funds, but I make sure I know about it when I signed up.

I agree with you. But I dont agree with the slant your taking.. where its 'okay for them not to talk to me, or pay me, because theres a small line in the contract saying they can hold my funds for 6 months if the sales stop'

Want to know why that clause is there? Chargebacks.

Want to know why I think thats bullshit, and at the same reason, WHY you shouldnt be using this in their defence? Because our site actually delivers the product the surfer pays for.

We're not running a scat site or an animal site here. We are very upfront with rebills, simply take a look at our join page.. its a first in the industry.

We also deliver what was promised in the members area.

So why the hell should a two-bit company like WSB not pay us our money? I'll tell you why. They are only interested in the people using them as their primary processor. Everyone else they dick. Same thing happened at my other program, which, by the way, we signed up with over a year ago as our secondary processor.. havent seen a dime.

And regarding us paying girls wages and so forth, I agree that we should be responsible for that. The same way WSB as a processor should be responsible for paying the hand that feeds THEM.

there is no reason for this if you have not broken any terms

send THEM a bill and charge them interest for every month they dont pay you

and hire an attorney you can get 3 times the amount they owe you if you sue them

I have been notified that you are proclaiming that WSB "Dont Pay". In actuality your funds are currently sitting in your bank account begging to be spent. Lets bring to light what has transpired in your case. I dont normally go thru customers account here on the board but I will in your case.

You only did transcations for a 7 day period from 9/1 to 9/8 , although you had been an active account for quite some time, you only did first time sales this 7 day period. Your scheduled release date was 10/1. But when payment time came so did a red flag with your name on it. In less than 3 weeks we already had 7 charge backs (10.45%) and 6 credits ( 8.96%) . This is about 20 % of your revenue returned in less than a month. Along with no new sales this is cause for concern.

We wouldnt be in business if we did not have filters in place for spotting this type of pattern. In any event, in your case the account was reviewed and an extension of 30 days was added before release as a precaution. Usually its much more but in this case the amount is not that great. At this time we notify customers by phone. Your salesman should have spoken with you.

After 30 days your account went up again for payment and was approved. In your case you receive wire transfer. An email was sent out requesting verification of a semi ledgeable swift code. Paranoid as we are we requested your comfirmation of the swift code needed in order to deposit your funds safely into your account. We then received back from you a confirmation 10/31 (see below).

We then moved your account to a pay status and you we wired your funds. We did find that you sent a reminder email that was not replied to. We get to all our emails everyday but in your case we did not reply right after your wire was processed, but rest assured you were on the list to be paid... I checked your account statement area and it reads you were paid today 11/6/02 sometime before 5:30 pm EST, cut off time for wires. We print out all wires daily so if you need further verification of todays transfer I can retreive that tomorrow.

My accountant told me it hadnt been paid yet this morning, but I got her to check the account just then our money is finally there.

I am curious as to why you didnt email us about this? It would have caused a hell of a lot less panicking, and I certainly wouldnt have brought things to the board.
