Should they have quit? Should they have sucked it up and done their job? That's not the main issue for me. What I find the most disgusting is the whole tactic of these types of calls themselves. I heard one of those robo-calls recently, played on a newscast. It was invasive, underhanded, propaganda-laden, and basically came off as being a scumbaggish thing to do. Those calls are illegal in some states, too bad they're not illegal in all of them. If you can't win an election without trashing your opponent, without bothering millions of people with "robo-calls", then I'm afraid you don't deserve to be the nation's leader.

I think it's a black mark on the republican party for doing it.
