Yeah this guy is probably selling gold, powerleveling for cash and selling chars. I have a buddy in Tampa that him and his girlfriend run a service like this for wow and and a few other games.

They each have a setup that runs 40 chars each. They use a multi-box software that broadcast keystrokes to each box running the software. Its not as hard as you would think. My Buddy makes between 10k-30k a month doing this. They on average play 8 hours a day.
