Good for him, though I have to ask: Is this the first time he's ever introduced an idea? I had kept hearing he's never authored a bill or anything, and it just strikes me funny he's coming out with this now. It reminds me of a baseball player hitting 40 homers in their contract year, and I just wonder if once Obama gets the presidency, he'll still be doing this.
