I have a PSD file of a blog design.

It needs to be cut up and converted to a blog theme.

Ya that's what I was talking about. If you have just a psd and need css and a blog I can do that too for more but that's not what this post is about.

I'm online at least 8+ hours a day. You messaged me 3 times without saying much but "are you there?" I messaged you back each time and you were offline.

Thanks, I will contact you for future projects. I was just in a deadline for this current one, so I had to get someone quick. ICQ sucks, it keeps saying you are online but you're not, and I don't even get your replies sometimes.
