I was first turned on to ?The Truth Will Set You Free? by a pot dealing hippie named ?Johny Freedom? sometime in the late 1990?s. David Icke, originally wrote the book in 1995 and it was updated for the ?20th century edition? in 2001. For some, it would be easy to dismiss this tome as more apocalyptic ramblings of the hippie counter-culture, but I always thought it was extremely interesting, well researched, and well written.

However, in the decade that has come to pass since I originally read this book while sweating in the back of a van touring as a heavy metal musician, event after event has come to pass ? wars, rigged elections, even some stuff I considered too far-fetched to even happen.

Everything Icke wrote in 1995 is still unfolding?

Case in point, read the ironically titled ?Chapter 11? of this text, which deals with lending money on credit or interest and how it would eventually cause a global cataclysm for the benefit the ?Global Elite?. The chapter was straight out of the 1995 version, and (guess what) ? IT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!

Q: Do you who the 2 US presidents that considered abolishing the credit / debt system are?

A: Abraham Lincoln (his ?greenbacks?) and John F Kennedy.

Weeks later they were both assassinated.

i think the real irony is the current crash and burn of the financial and credit industries is chapter 11. I.E. Bankruptcy involving corporation or partnerships. how ironic. i think i'll be reading this. every book you've suggested to me i've pulled valuable shit out of.

It's not exactly prophetic to say that the global economy will balloon excessively and then have a catastrophic collapse - this is the nature of the cyclical economy, the only variable is how high is high and how low is low.

FUCK YEAH a David Icke fan. I recommend watchign his latest lecture beyond the cutting edge, amazing stuff. It is 7 hours long but full of jaw dropping truths. I honestly did not expect any DI fans here ;D

Most of that reptilian shit is just stuff people are pulling from Penn and Teller and is taken out of context....even I think it is far fetched, but you can't argue that the dude has nailed so many events in the last 10 years and linked so much shit together you would have never thought was linked that it will make you head spin.
