Where is a good place to buy some regular bed sheets with a pattern for covering up your sex evidence?
I switched from a waterbed to a regular queen sized when my place flooded and I threw all my old shit out. Now I am looking for new sheets, and comforters, etc. But most of the shit I find is plain, or solid colors. I do not like that. The few patterns I have found at Bed Bath and Beyond, JC Penny, Macy's, Target, or even outlet stores all seem to be the same shit. Isnt there any place online, or around, that has some decent patterns for beds to hide shit? ![]() ![]() |

You need to go find a home decorating forum or something and post this to see what happens.
Hilarity could possibly ensue.

Stick with solids.
Oh yeah, having more than 1 set of sheets helps. What does it take, 5 minutes to make a bed? |

I just found a new palce today that's got a lot of more 'mod' stuff; it's EQ3. It doens't seem terribly expensive, and is interesting. I don't know how good the quality is, but i'll probably buy a few sets for shooting since the prices are right.

Dark,
if you like EQ3, you should check out www.eurway.com The best place for sheets in my opinion is Steinmart. But you get what you pay for regardless, go with a white striped pattern and as high of a thread count as you can get. |

Bed Bath & Beyond ... 1,000 count white pin-stripe sheets will change how you sleep. And women love them. Seriously.

Modabode is sort of similar. I'd NEVER order from CB2 again. Everything I've ever ordered has been broken or wrong. They took 3 months just to send me new the hardware for entertainment center I ordered, and just shipped me one order twice (a desk), and my second order (the matching workstation) not at all, and offered to exchange it, if I paid for the shipping. I'll probably chargeback the second and mail it to them cod. |

You can't just get a set of sheets because it has a high thread count... a lot of the bad companies lie about their thread count. They count it a different way than you are supposed to, which leads to the thread count being double what it realistically is. So go with the good brands and if you see 800 thread count sheets set for $80... they are lying.
I think I paid $130 for my base sheet and that was only 600 thread count. They're very nice though. You spend one third of your life in bed... you may as well be comfortable.

I hate patterned sheets, especially for shoots. In my opinion, solid colors look better on camera and also help to avoid moire patterns that sometimes creep in with with digital video. When I want to hide the evidence of sex, I wash and change the sheets. :-)

Egyptian cotton 800 to 1200 thread count, feels like silk, just by a few sets and chuck them in the washer after you mess them up. Sometimes they have good deals at Overstock.com Even Amazon sells sheet at a great price .
