Jettis Not Processing CC today?
I was declined twice tying to test join my own sites using valid credit cards with correct billing contact information. In both cases the result was
"We are currently unable to process your credit card. Please go back and try another credit card." I also noticed the submit button now says "You are purchasing a voucher with Jettis UK Ltd. for access to this site " Is anyone getting any cc signups through Jettis today? |

Interesting about the voucher.
Sounds like some companies are trying for Tickemaster status... |

But why don't you email their support crew? They usually get back to me in a matter of minutes! I'm sure they can tell you everything you need to know.. (that's why they are there). Greetings, Art |

Please disregard this. Jettis is processing normally. I am a retard. Gofuckmyself.
On another note: Jettis' response to my email to them about this was to call me up and explain what had happened, including making sure they were looking at the correct failed transactions. I also spent an additional 30 minutes or so getting some very good information on this whole Visa move and their take on the industry in general. My only experiences with Jettis in terms of customer service are 100% great, it's no coincidence they are not getting hammered on here like the other big 3rd party processors, they do not fuck over their clients. They are not perfect but the important thing is they do not screw you intentionally and they honestly do seem to give a rats ass about the wellbeing of the webmasters than use them. The one thing that came out of the conversation that I have not heard ANYWHERE from anyone was this: From their point of view the purpose and intent of the latest changes by Visa were simply some necessary steps for Visa to legitimize the whole 3rd party billing part of their business internally. Nothing more and nothing less. Up until now it has always been a bit of a grey area and these moves to get it organized and proceduralized are great news (in their view) because it means Visa is committed to supporting 3rd party billing (and by definaition the adult online industry in general) as a legitimate part of their long term business model. To them it's a HUGE relief because their biggest fear all along has been that Visa would just decide to get rid of 3rd party billing completely, which they easily could have done. Take this with a grain of salt but here are the responses I got to the following persistent rumors: 1) Visa hinting at doing away with recurring billing - total bullshit 2) US Zone webmasters not allowed to process with foreign zone 3rd party processors and vice versa- total bullshit |
