There aren't too many left these days. I've noticed that a few people who signed up at Cash Earners are doing pretty well. They pay 3 cents per click, but that's second page clicks, not first.
H Clicks if you have Hentai traffic. FPC Traffic - 1/3 of a cent per click Exo Click
