This is in Tijuana alone.

A total of 18 bodies without life was found this morning in three points different from Tijuana. Twelve of them lay next to a primary school. First Hidalgo street and Vicente Guerrero were found between, of the colony the Otay Delights, just next to the Primary School " Valentin Go'mez Farías" ; apparently they were with the hands back and the shot of grace. Neighbors of the place indicated that them on the bodies " was a fine cardboard with the legend; that is what is going to happen to him to which works with ingeniero". In relation to the other two executed, one was found to the 00:05 hours of today on the street Decorative clasp of the Ejido Chilpancingo, around company BGM. She was the guard of security of this company that noticed that there was a man thrown in the floor; municipal agents showed that the man had the hands tied towards opposite and presented/displayed impacts of bullet in the head. The other person who adds itself to the violence wave that has untied in Tijuana was completed in the street Matamoros Route, to a one flank tortillería, when it was waiting for to his wife inside a vehicle type Isuzu delivery truck Roundup model 1993. His spouse indicated that she was working within tortillería and that when leaving, the man, identified like Omar Barajas Barragán, of 30 years, presented/displayed bullet impacts. Paramedical of the Red Cross they went in his aid but the man already was lost the life.

That was in TJ they are not counting the ones in Rosarito Beach or Ensenada.

I travel to Tijuana about once a month for business and it has gotten so bad down there. I used to go more, but now I try to cut back. The Police have always been bad, but now they are stuck in the middle of this drug war so they have been total assholes to residents and tourist. Residents are very fearful of both the Police and the drug cartels. I was down there when the prison riot was going on, about a week or so ago, and it was crazy. The Mexican government really needs to step up or they are in for much worse.
