I travel to Tijuana about once a month for business and it has gotten so bad down there. I used to go more, but now I try to cut back. The Police have always been bad, but now they are stuck in the middle of this drug war so they have been total assholes to residents and tourist. Residents are very fearful of both the Police and the drug cartels. I was down there when the prison riot was going on, about a week or so ago, and it was crazy. The Mexican government really needs to step up or they are in for much worse.
