these scenes are exclusve becuase they were shot by me. I will sell them more than once.. Hopefully.. the type of content is hard core amateur and Pro amature stuff. Shot in DV. At $2 a scene what would you think is a fair limit on the times it could be sold?

I would say the fair limit is unlikely to be achieved, but if you want semi exclusive buy scenes at $100 a time. Few will buy for that price.

"Exclusive" means it has never been sold before, and by purchasing from you I am buying the copyright, therefore I get to sue anyone who I find using the same content.

Saying the content is exclusive, and then saying you're going to be selling it to multiple people... is quite a contradiction.
