"Exclusive" means it has never been sold before, and by purchasing from you I am buying the copyright, therefore I get to sue anyone who I find using the same content.
Saying the content is exclusive, and then saying you're going to be selling it to multiple people... is quite a contradiction.
By falsifying your intentions, you will indeed find yourself getting sued... and finding yourself losing.
