				iTunes on a server?

This is really bugging me and I cant get it to work. I have a home server on my network that I am trying to use as the location for iTunes. I use 3 computers (1 mac, 2 pc) and trying to snyc all the music together so if I doc my iPhone on my laptop, its sync'd when I doc on my PC; vice versa.

Here is what I have set up... in the preferences in iTunes, the location of the music folder is in /network/drive/iTunes/iTunes Music which is the same for all computers. However, when I add a CD or music from an iPod or iPhone, it keeps storing in the local folder of my computer Anyone know how to set this up or what I'm doing wrong?
