While the officer was talking to my freind's father and some others, my friend, George, walks over to the cop, drops trowser and starts to piss on the cops foot. It soaks in a good amount before he even noticed!

He was laughing at the cops when they caught him, and calling them names and flipping everybody off.

Kanawha County Magistrate Court reports that the "battery on an officer" and "obstructing an officer" charges against Jose Cruz have been dropped.

Magistrate Jack Pauley says an assistant prosecutor came to the office and requested that those charges be dropped.
