1. Just because you leave the watermark "Doesn't make it OK...", it is my opinion you MUST links through to the site / program it came from.

2. The page shouldn't be 85% ads to other sponsors.

3. I try to work with the sponsors and understand what they are comfortable having up there and (in a best case senerio), submit it themselves!

The guy who runs xvideos has a network of sites with huge amounts of traffic. I bet you he is amongst the biggest affiliates for each of those programs you named (topbucks, fuckyoucash, realitycash, and occash). I bet he sends each of those programs many sales per day through his network. It all boils down to politics. Obviously, sponsors don't like him using their content to promote his site, but as long as he's also sending those sponsors lots of sales, they're willing to turn a blind eye to that kind of stuff.

There are links above the movie that directs you right to the page, the others are just in a frame.

From our end it is legit as we are tracking, etc. Personally I'd love having no other sponsors advertised near my clip, but that's never gonna happen. Doesn't on MGPs, doesn't on review sites, and it doesn't on legit tubes.

1. Repeal the DMCA and rewrite it. (congressional action)
2. Prosecute one of the advertisers. (shut off the revenue stream)
3. Prove they do in fact monitor their networks, and or upload the content themselves. (figure out how to do that, i don't want to be the one to say it on either count.)
4. Pay someone to bring down the sites in question. (i personally think this option in the long run just makes it all worse.)
