he's making 'country' music now. honestly, whatever he is doing he has outlived all the other bands that were popular at that time (korn, limp bizcut, etc). I saw him in may and he put on a good show. its good party music and now hes trying to make more serious music too, which is actually not bad.

I saw the show when he was in Montreal and he rocked the house, unfortunately it was a small crowd but he rocked it out anyways. The solos that he went through were great the guy has some serious talent.

I was a fan since Fire It Up and The Polyfuze Method (released in '93 or '94ish) the guy has evolved and changed his style with the times.

You obviously don't know much about him. His Sweet Home Alabama song is not a rip off. It's more or less a tribute to Lynard Skynard who are also his good friends. He some how managed to take that song and turn it into something more trashy than the original boys from alabama did...

but seriously, I have seen him live and he does put on a decent show. His 'rip offs' are more meant as tributes and the way he performs them live you can obviously tell that. My problem with him, other than him toting the trashy redneck thing despite being a millionaire is the fact that he really hasn't written anything over his career. He's famous for doing some karaoke with some add on lyrics. The fact he has lasted this long says more about the state of the music industry more than it does to his talents I would say.

bad boy? please... what has he done that would warrant an image as that besides not bathe enough? I think the band Queen had more run ins with the law...
