You might try converting your German traffic with TopBucks sites
We have localbilling on our sites and join pages are displayed in the language of the country surfers' IPs originate from.
Plus price points get adjusted using major economic indexes.

Our new gonzo sites convert really well with European traffic, mostly UK and German traffic so you might try pushing them.
