Basically something close to dmca in German:
- send a mail at the adress above Teilen Sie uns bitte Ihren Namen, Ihre Adresse und Ihre Telefonnummer mit. - name, adress, phone required * Erklären Sie, welches urheberrechtlich geschützte Werk betroffen ist. - identify subject of copyright infridgement * Geben Sie den genauen und vollständigen Link der Datei an, die illegal verteilt wird (Beispiel: ) - full links to the infridged material * Geben Sie die Adresse der Internet-Seite an, auf welcher der Link veröffentlicht wurde. - full links to the site, where the links take place * Wenn vertreten Sie ? Fügen Sie entsprechende Schriftliche Nachweise, Verträge bei! - on behalf of who are you sending the notice? include a copy of warrants / contracts etc. Hope I am correct my German ain't perfect anymore.
