We don't have anything for the webcam niche, but we include the PSDs with our templates and you modify them as you see fit.

nothing premade but we can make you a theme
all our themes are full wordpress themes with widget support, pure css/xhtml no tables, all designs come with psds,fonts. usally its $299 for a blog design, if you go through me its $150 you will have a screenshot of the design after 24hours, then within 48 hours from that point a finish product.
