The people that don't believe in them... it would take a lot of concrete proof of a conspiracy to change their mind. For many, it is possible, for some it is not. But again, it would take a lot of concrete proof of conspiracy.

i want to go on a tour of the moon landing site they have in arizona that is like 2km long
im pretty sure they went to the moon

but when they got back they found out they had zero footage

not one thing....especially from taken outside their capsule.

that was when they realized, holy shit their is alot of radiation up there..and damn we need to film some stuff

thats probably why didnt bother going back

NASA's budget these days is much much MUCH less than 1%
