![]() We've been in the business for around a decade now. The time has come to go full scale with our first site. We've been building it for 3 years now & its nearing completion. If you're reading this thread but not with a billing company, feel free to send an ICQ to your favorite billing company with this link.
Ok here we go........ At the moment we are using CCBILL only but of course we want to do some cascading. I already have a very good relationship with Ccbill (Mark is my homeboy! They will be our primary as of now.) But we will need 2nd & 3rd as well as alternative processing options for our sites & i have yet to establish a personal relationship with any other billing company as of yet. (this includes checks, phone 800, 900 & international, dialers, of course credit cards, cell phone options *SMS* ...or any other form of payment i happen to be missing at the moment) We will be doing a decent # of sales per day once we open (DAY ONE)....but not enough "yet" to warrant our own merchant account (Unless the rules have changed in the past 2 years). A personal relationship is paramount to my company. I want to know your name, I want to have lunch with you....I maybe even wanna learn how to (and then play) golf with you or at least your best rep! Haha SO PLEASE....inform your reps before they hit me up, that I am to be treated with the same respect & good will as any other multi-million dollar business here on GFY. It would be a shame to spit in the face of a real up & comer. Send me your A-game guys only to discuss business. So today....Monday, lets get these negotiations in action guys thanks! Thanks for your time! pr0 P.S. I will be at the Atlanta Forum. I insist on meeting the companies i do business with in person. So lets also set up a formal eye-2-eye/handshake meeting time at the show. Hopefully all of the billing companies will be there!

I'm also interested in these questions too. It doesn't hurt to have more options.

I have worked with about every processor that is worth a second look. I have never been treated bad or looked at as the little man from the processors. Now, I have had a few off processors bother the hell out of me, but a quick fuck off does the trick.
But I have to say, you need to kick your high horse to the side and recognize you are small fish and asking to be treated like a big one proves that. And don't forget you are cascading to a processor, something they don't want or like. So the respect goes two ways. If you want special treatment, then put them first so they have a reason to treat you good. Just telling you how I see it.

I have a good 3rd party solution if you would like to discuss your needs. I also have some very competitive rates for direct merchant accounts

![]() I will give ya some real advice that no processor is going to hand over. Other than 1 cascaded credit card processor, extra processing doesn't make you more money. It moves your money around, that's it. So once you have a few processors going and the new guy comes along, you simple ask: Please provide proof that you increased the sales/rebills of others and not simply moved 5-15% of the base to the processor, making the processor free money and not making me a damn thing extra. What having extra processors does do is counter balance off days, sometimes. And depending on the processor it may help with the early morning hours. Your own merchant account does not mean more sales. It does not mean more net income. The majority of programs do not or can not, lower the scrub factors on the join form, so they are as strict as ccbill and epoch. For several reasons, the main being the cb's on your own merchant account are a pain in the ass to deal with.

Hi pr0,
We would love to setup a meeting with you at Atlanta Forum. NETbilling has been around 10 years, have won several industry awards and we do work hard to save our merchants money and give them complete control over their processing. Let's meet! BTW - we do not do any third party processing. All of our merchants have their own merchant accounts through the many banks that we work with. Thanks, Mitch

Hey there! Global-Acces.com has you covered on SMS and phone billing. We work great in conjunction with credit card processing as we catch all the non credit card and foreign traffic that normally fall through the cracks. We are fully integrated with NATS and MPA3 and just as well with CCBill System 5 and merchant accounts. Oh and we never, ever deduct for chargebacks
