If you looked at the labels on the foods you buy and cut out any saturated fats and I guarantee you'll knock pounds off!! add that with some exercise and lots of water and you're on the right track!! :)

everyone says I look great but I watch pretty much eVERYTHING I eat and I exercise 4-5 times a week on top of the martial arts training 2 times a week! :)

Thats a good one. Try not to eat anything prepackaged. whole wheat bread if you must, but the GOOD stuff, not the cheap stuff. even bakeries will load it with honey or sugar to better the taste. Nothing enriched or bleached

Been there, done that.. lost at least 10 inches before. I won't post the picture if old-me out of fear of someone locally recognizing me.

Best tips I can give you:
  • Exercise. Just do it. Just don't fuck up your knees.
  • No more booze. Cut it out, you don't need it!
  • Cut cola down; if you can't handle water, try some Cristal Light.
  • No dollar menu. Learn to cook, at the very least learn to order sans-tasty-sugar-crap like Ranch dressing. Try a vinigarette - you may like it!
  • Stop snacking. If you need to snack, make it difficult, like unshelled, unsalted sunflower seeds. You'll consume fewer calories.

I run 5k several times and a 10k once a week.. no more beer, just hard liquor and diet soda.. dropped from 235 to 205 in about 4 months just with those changes

I've been on Atkinson diet last winter and lost 10kg in 3 months.
I'm keeping my weight same to date with lower fluctuations (+/- 2kg).

I'm still not eating bread (or I eat very little). Same is with sweets, and I try not to drink coca cola and similar drinks.

I am aiming to have things so that when I have my next monthly weigh in (at the end of sept) I will have passed the 90lbs lost mark. Over the past 10 pounds I have had a wedding and a honeymoon. I haven't gained anything over that time but I want to pick up the pace and get to that 90 (almost there) and then try to get to the 100 lost by the new year.

Dunno how it equates in pounds, but on the 5thg of July I attendended a webmasters meet up in London...

I felt fat, and weighed myself... I was 16St 5Oz

Been on a sensible diet ever since...

I now weigh 15 stone

Wanna be 14 and a half for Amsterdam !

That's the point I'm making, I can come in to any contest and cut weight 15lbs the previous 48 hours. I did it for wrestling, and to some extent BJJ competitions.
