Beer Snobs

What's your favorite beer? Anything amazingly good? What do you prefer? I think I enjoy the Stouts and IPAs.

I like Corona Light, because it's the only Light Beer that is also a Corona.

I used to drink a lot of stouts and porters but now I drink mostly wheat beer. My sister lives in German (Army wife) and she told me to mix half coke and half wheat beer. Let me tell you, it sounds gross but it is amazing!

Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse Dunkel is my favorite beer available internationally.

Other than that, you'd have to go to Germany or Belgium...

My own beer is my favorite, I make a sweet Blonde Ale with Saaz hops.

That being said, I prefer any beer with saaz hops, so Im a sucker for Pilsner Urquell.

But I also lover a Linny Summer Shandy and a Sapporo just tastes great on a hot day.

Dortmunder Union Dark (Germany) is quite possibly the best beer ever made.
Sprecher's (Milwaukee) Black Bavarian style is a close 2nd.

Make that 3 votes now for Corona.

I only like a beer with no bitter after taste that doesn't weigh down in my stomach and since I don't drink to get drunk - for me, a wedge of lime and a Corona can't be beat

d'Achouffe brewery is probably my favorite Belgian. And they have elf-like creatures on their labels. And their site has a "Happy Chouffe Song" that I'm to this day absolutely unwilling to hear, for fear of never getting the happy elf song thing out of my head lol.

This was a blonde ale with a hint of lime.
Came out almost perfect with a great color and about 3.9 alcohol

Locally I drink a beer called creemore, fantastic lager:

Another great Canadian brew is from the Big rock Brewing Co, my fave is their Wheat Ale:

Heine and Stella are my back ups.
