Also forgot to mention obvious bits such as :
A domain is worth registration fee to me. I'm not interested in "great" domains.
Installing some php scripts is worth zilch to me, I can do it myself, but it's not worth my time to be doing it so I got people to do it for me already.
Same deal with some great design or other.

What I need is an already existing forum, with an already existing community. The rest, I don't care.
