I need someone with good php skills who communicates well and can get work done at least within the same week it's promised. I have a lot of work for someone who can follow directions, get the job done, and provide regular progress reports. "good" and "RELIABLE" is hard enough. Add in "Consistent" and you will be trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Thanks I'll settle for good and reliable, which if they are consistently reliable is good enough for me! I understand when deadlines must be pushed back due to circumstances outside of ones control. But a person with decent communication skills and professional work habits will communicate with a client to reschedule a job deadline. I think it's usually best to under promise and over deliver instead of the other way around. I also understand that most of the top tier programmers have full time jobs already. But you don't have to be a top tier programmer to get the job done relatively close to on time and on budget.
I already have an excellent programmer on staff but need more help for new projects.
