Thanks I'll settle for good and reliable, which if they are consistently reliable is good enough for me! I understand when deadlines must be pushed back due to circumstances outside of ones control. But a person with decent communication skills and professional work habits will communicate with a client to reschedule a job deadline. I think it's usually best to under promise and over deliver instead of the other way around. I also understand that most of the top tier programmers have full time jobs already. But you don't have to be a top tier programmer to get the job done relatively close to on time and on budget.
I already have an excellent programmer on staff but need more help for new projects.
