So you used to be able to send more than 3k or what is the main issue. I am sort of lost and honestly do not use epassporte much. Though think of my question as a free bump.

I just had a hell of a time withdrawing to my bank account. It seemed to be working the opposite of how they claimed it was. I hope everything went through correctly

Limits aside.. shouldn't the less-safe place to put your money be called 'wallet' and not the other way around?

You guys are fuckin retarded.

I'll give you a hint, READ the document they sent you, and posted on the website when you log in.

First, you can transfer the money instantly between your wallet and your virtual card and atm card.

AND if you don't like the feature you can have all funds automatically put in the virtual card, or the wallet.. WHICH EVER YOU PREFER

Quote:
You can log into your Account at any time to manage where your funds are stored by clicking on the 'My Account' tab, selecting the 'Transfer Money' button on the left-side navigation bar and clicking on the 'Wallet to/from Visa Virtual' button. You may transfer funds to and from your Wallet at any time free of charge. You may also automate the movement of funds received or loaded to your Wallet or to your Visa Virtual Account.

the problem is when I send a single transfer it comes out of my wallet which is new and has a $500 limit as opposed to the $5000 limit my virtual account has

I wasn't making light of your predicament. It just seems no matter what Epass does, there always seems to be a problem and trying to get help from customer service is like pulling teeth. Again, my apologies, did not mean to rub you the wrong way.

As for the money....I have seen my fair share but don't need to brag about it

Telephone Customer Support = India.

I don't like the idea of putting my money somewhere where I can't move it. I was told I need multiples deposited in order to raise withdraw limit. When I heard that I decided to continue using epass for small payments only.

Alot of you motherfuckers said that policy was fair.

you are obviously sending smaller transactions....epass automatically put 3k in my wallet so when I send a transfer it tries to take it out of there ($500 limit)

now you are gonna tell me to transfer the $3000 to my virtual card

well there is still a $500 limit even for transfers from the wallet to my virtual card.

so what now smart guy

I agree. I left a few bucks in there and walked away. I wasn't about to give them sensitive information when they couldn?t even control the system they had in place.
So, as you can see, I am another one that did not trust them enough to play their game

Lol, that just shows your ignorance. You probably don't even have a Epass account to begin with.

And if you have it, I'm sure you have never seen $5k inside of it.

just transfer everything that you have in your wallet to the virtual visa. That way when you pay someone it will use the Virtual Visa limits and not the Wallet limits.

than again.. internal transfers don't have a limit. So if you want to transfer $5k from your wallet to your virtual visa it shouldn't be a problem. Of course, I'm not talking from experience, but it wouldn't make sense that we'd be limited on what we could transfer for one part of our accounts to the other.

you would think so...but when I go to empty my wallet into my virtual account is says the amount is over my wallet transaction limit. Okay so why not just send a bunch of $500 transfers to empty the wallet? Well there is also a limit on the amount of transactions and I dont have enough lol

bottom line is yesterday I was paying out (I buy expensive ad spots) 3-5k per transaction.

now I can payout $500 at a time, woot!

they need to make it so we can do unlimited transfers to and from our virtual wallet and also have the limited of $ you can transfer to a from set to unlimited. After all, it's for OUR security, right? I don't understand why the limits are set so damn low.

Cool new feature,i think i actualy told them to introduce this, but if they do make limits on internal transfers that is realy stupid. Now they only need to introduce multiple currency options and voila.

just make sure that in the profile options that it's set to Virtual Visa where it says "Automate where your funds are stored:"

it should be automatically on there, but check just to make sure so that whenever you do get more $ sent to you or you load from your credit card that it will go into the virtual visa and not the wallet. Since you need to payout high amounts there's no point having any $ in the wallet.

I have yet to try using the wallet but it seems odd, it states that by default all funds are added to virtual and not wallet. So not sure how your 3k got there.

More detailed explanation from epass on wallet to virtual transfer $$ limits would be nice

Epass is downright horrible. I try to set up an account and they make me scan in my drivers license and my credit card front and back....now they want a credit card statement.

I mean come on is this really necessary????

The are very irritating!

Any suggestions?

Yeah, if you want to get paid and you have a real business just do the fucking paperwork.

Has it not occurred to you some of you that these measures 1) protect all epassporte clients and 2) there are banking standards for protecting against money laundering, funding terrorists

Close your eyes and picture it as a real bank account... oh yeah, those people have all of your information too don't they. So much so that if you're a delinquent I'm told these days banks won't even open a checking account for people with a history of banking issues.

Epassporte has its share of problems, I've had my own share of headaches here and there but my observation has been that service, security and the time which funds come out have all improved this year. All in all, it's a great solution with awesome rates. Rather than getting dinged for 3-4% on client CC payments epassporte takes $3. I get some very large payments and I appreciate the savings.

Cheers,

Brad

This is funny.

enough is enough...now my wallet is empty but when I try and send someone money it automatically transfers money to my wallet so I am still stuck with the $500 limit

so Shaliza took care of things...and yes there was a glitch in the system so everyone who said "it works for me" obviously didnt understand my problem.

anyway old limits are now matched with the wallet and its actually a good feature now

thanx Shaliza...finally another epass rep who actually takes care of things

I agree with your point Brad, but no.. my REAL bank does not have a scanned copy of my credit cards nor my credit card statements and it wasn't required to open my account.

Wow, I hope all this gets sorted out. I use epassporte to receive affiliate payments and sometimes I use it to pay bills, I need it to work
