I think it's just a type of membership - the program is the same, just less joins supported etc.

They aren't different products

It is only different "invoicing tiers". Our price is based on the number of new signups per month. The NATSlite level covers up to 300 new joins/mo for $150/mo. NATSplus is for up to 750 new joins/mo at $350/mo. And NATS is for above 750 new joins/mo at $650/mo. There is a possibility of a couple tiers being added with the release of NATS v4.

None of the levels will stop taking signups at their limit. If you go over it you will simply be moved up to the next tier on your next invoice.

The software is exactly the same.

Different pricing tiers is maybe a better way to explain it. Same product, just different costs for different sales volumes.

The normal upfront costs are $500 for install and $1000 for support & training.

You also get 30 days for setup and you pay your first month's lease when signing up. So you will not get another bill for 60+ days.

There is also a bit of room to work with you on the upfront fees if you are interested and that is something that is holding you back.

One of them you can see a doctor and get rid of it... the other... well, you're stuck with it for life. Kind of like herpes, but different.

Just get it.

I'm about to launch a program and was hoping to be able to skip at least the trainning and support fee ... I'm a tech guy ( Worked on the security field, coded my own members area frontend which includes all comercial solutions features, etc ) and always liked digging every product/soft i use, learn it the hard way which off course is the best way to learn it good and dont get at a critical point depending on support ;)

But then that fee wont be able to be skipped ? that would actually back me up It has no sense for me to pay for something i'm not going to be using

Ps: I think your product is kick ass! I like it very much as an affiliate and i think its one of the only products actively developed in the adult field that actually seems to be done by people that actually knows about soft engeneering and they are not just a bunch of coders without experience trying to make some extra bucks :P So i would love to have your great product in my affiliate program, i always thought it was going to be this way, but i insist, i dont like to pay for things that i dont intend to use ... at least give me the chance of skipping it and if i then require the trainning or support, i will pay for it ...

The support and training fee is also for them upgrading, fixing bugs, adding features, ect... as John said he'd work with you on upfront fees.

How about I waive the $1000 fee but you still get the training & full support?

The training REALLY helps everyone, both basic and advanced users as it is personal and focused on what you need. For example, if you understand how smarty templates work we will go in depth with you and show you some advanced features rather than explain to you the basics of how they work.

Support is of course needed because everyone, no matter how good they are, will run into issues with any product.

Contact me on ICQ, 5596373, AIM, JohnA1078, or albright/toomuchmedia/com We're always glad to work with people on costs as much as we can to get them going in the biz or taking that next step.

Thank you very much for that. That means a lot. We put a ton of effort into trying to produce and support a quality product that is constantly moving forward.

I think the issue with most coders who try to produce a product is that they don't realize the scope of the support that will be required. Once a product starts rolling it becomes 90% support. If you're a one or two man team, then you have to do all of the support yourselves and for most programmers that becomes very boring very quickly. Its tough for them to keep an interest in it after a while and the project fails. Of course, this isn't true for everyone, as some small operations and independent programmers do put out great products. Just a general observation.

What is the URL of the sites you are referring to? I am not familiar with it off hand, but there are processing options that I am not familiar with myself so it is still a possibility.

Thanks!

That is a great deal. You'd have to be a retard to pass on that.

My partner was the one to get the training, don't remember why I was not around, but I kick myself in the ass for it every time I have to get inside of NATS and do something.

To put point blank: YOU NEED THE TRAINING!!!

Speaking of; can you have them look into my situation (DarkCircusCash). They said that they were waiting for information from commercegate and Verotel to be able to do it, but it's been a long time and I'd really like to get this launched before Internext.
